Junction Box CM-3000

BoltSafe CM-3000 Junction Box

The BoltSafe CM-3000 is a robust junction box designed to interface up to 8 BoltSafe CMS force sensors directly to a PLC, Data Acquisition System, or laptop.
Using Modbus RTU protocol over an RS-485 interface, the CM-3000 offers real-time monitoring of bolt load forces, delivering critical data for structural integrity management.

Typical applications

  • Structural bolt load monitoring
  • Oil & gas installations
  • Wind turbine maintenance
  • Power plant safety checks
  • Manufacturing machinery integrity
  • Preventative maintenance programs in hazardous environments
